THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (October 15, 2026) – The Lakes at Thousand Oaks is bringing back one of the community’s most cherished holiday traditions. Beginning November 6, 2026, the beloved open-air Holiday Ice Rink will once again welcome skaters to the property, transforming it into a festive winter destination through January 11, 2027.

The highly anticipated return of the Holiday Ice Rink marks a major milestone for the property and a celebrated moment for the Conejo Valley community. Atop The Lakes at Thousand Oaks’ signature three-tiered pond, the open-air rink will once again serve as the centerpiece of the holiday season, creating lasting memories for generations of local families.

Set against the property’s picturesque lakeside setting, the rink has long been a gathering place where friends and families come together to celebrate the season. Its return revives a beloved tradition and restores one of the region’s most iconic holiday experiences.

Holiday Ice Rink

• Admission: $20 per person | Admission + Skate Rental: $25 per person (plus applicable taxes and fees). Reservations are highly encouraged.
• Regular Hours:

o November 6-20, December 1-20, 2026, and January 2-11, 2027

o   Monday – Thursday: 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

o   Friday – Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• Holiday Hours:

o November 21-30 and December 21, 2026 – January 1, 2027

o   Monday – Thursday: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

o   Friday – Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

• Caruso Signature members will enjoy complimentary skate rentals with paid admission on select Signature Skate Days throughout the season.

The return of the Holiday Ice Rink arrives during a transformative year for The Lakes at Thousand Oaks, which is reemerging as the premier family destination in the Conejo Valley. Recent openings such as Erewhon, along with upcoming additions including Sora Hand Roll Bar, [solidcore], Satva, PopUp Bagels and Bread Head are bringing exciting new dining and lifestyle offerings to the property and creating even more reasons for guests to gather, dine and spend the day at The Lakes.

Together with nearby property The Promenade at Westlake, The Lakes at Thousand Oaks continues to advance Caruso’s vision for a premier regional destination, blending exceptional dining, shopping, entertainment and community experiences across the greater Conejo Valley.

The season will also feature a robust lineup of family-friendly programming and entertainment, including:

• Fall Festival | October 18, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., featuring seasonal activities, entertainment and family fun.
• Apple TV+ Kids Club | Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m., offering interactive experiences and activities for children.
• Mahjong Social | Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m., join the newest social club to play American Mahjong in partnership with 818 Mahj. Registration is open to all and players must RSVP.
• Live Weekend Entertainment | Fridays & Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., bringing music and performances to the property throughout the season.
